Mark is the Chairman and CEO of Q Free Holdings SA, and global intelligent transportation systems company.  Prior to that, Mark was the CEO of Redflex Holdings, (ASX:RDF) a global traffic safety technology company.  In addition, he currently is a board member for SensysGatso, Inc. (SGG.ST), and advisory board member for both Hayden AI, Inc. and Cybrbase, Inc.

Mark has volunteered with local charities such as, the McKenna Center, So Others Might Eat (S.O.M.E.), The Yellow Ribbon Fund and the Great American Community Kitchen.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from Catholic University of America and an MBA from the University of Maryland’s Smith School.
