Kim has 26 years of government experience at the state and federal levels, including serving as a Presidential Appointee at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency as Assistant Administrator. She served as executive at Microsoft Corporation for 16 years, working with federal, state, and local government leaders to drive digital transformation. More recently, Kim made a significant transition to the role of Chief Operating Officer for True Elements, a Water Intelligence company, to leverage her combined environmental and technology experience.Â
